All plants sold are live products. As such, variations in size, color, and growth stage are normal and expected.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout before they will be processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Plants are shipped via trusted carriers. Once shipped, transit times are outside of our control.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or other circumstances are not grounds for refunds.

Cold-weather shipping: Customers are responsible for purchasing heat packs when recommended. We are not responsible for damage due to cold or hot weather if no heat pack was purchased.

4. Live Plant Guarantee
We guarantee that your plants will arrive alive.

Any concerns about plant condition must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging.

After this window, plant care is the responsibility of the customer, and no replacements or refunds will be issued.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted.

Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases where plants arrive damaged or dead, and proper photo documentation is provided within the 24-hour timeframe.

6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

Customers are responsible for the care of their plants after arrival. We are not liable for plant death caused by improper care, neglect, or unsuitable environmental conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these changes.
