Because our products are live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the policy below carefully before ordering:

  • Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that your plants will arrive alive.

  • 24-Hour Notification: If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging.

  • Non-Eligible Claims: We cannot issue refunds or replacements without photo evidence provided within this time frame.

  • Customer Responsibility: Once plants are delivered, care is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee results after delivery, as plant health depends on proper care, environment, and conditions outside of our control.

  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
