Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Live Plant Shipping Guidelines
All plants are shipped carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Due to the nature of live plants, we recommend customers open packages immediately upon delivery.

Plants may need time to recover from transit stress (yellowing leaves, minor soil disturbance, or slight drooping are normal).

4. Weather Conditions
Customers are responsible for considering their local weather conditions before ordering.

Cold Weather: If temperatures are below 50°F, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. We are not responsible for cold damage if a heat pack is not purchased.

Hot Weather: Please be aware that high heat can also stress plants during shipping.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned shipments due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying any reshipping costs.

6. Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee your plants will arrive alive.

Any concerns about plant condition must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging.

After this window, plant care is the customer’s responsibility, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
